TOWN OF TYRINGHAM MASSACHUSETTS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the provisions of MGL chapter 40A section 11 the Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on the application of Bruce and Lori Tobin of 51E Goose Pond Rd. The application is a request for a Special Permit under Section 5 of the Zoning Bylaws to construct additions to an existing dwelling. The addition will be a 16' x 21' screened in porch on the north side of the house. The addition will not extend any further than an existing set of stairs. It is approximately 10' from the adjacent property sideline and an extension of the house. It is approximately 50' from the property line along Goose Pond and approximately 72' from the water's edge. They will also be repairing the adjacent existing deck All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Board of Appeals. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto. The public hearing will take place remotely at the Town Hall, 116 Main Road, Tyringham, MA 01264 on February 23, 2021 at 6:45 pm.
