C. 50 3901 (et seq): Planet Home Lending, LLC claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Pittsfield, numbered 917 North Street, given by Kristie Sulock to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, dated January 20, 2022, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 7109, Page 288, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
