REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Professional Transportation Planning Services The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission is seeking a qualified planning or engineering firm to provide professional services for bicycle/pedestrian trail planning. The successful bidder will assist the Commission in assessing alternatives for a continuous multi-use path route through southern Berkshire County and presenting to town leadership bodies.
