RAND and MARILYN M. RAND to GREYLOCK FEDERAL CREDIT UNION dated 11/12/19, and recorded in Berkshire County Middle District Registry of Deeds, in Book 6522, Page 315, which Corrective Mortgage corrected a Mortgage dated November 12, 2019, recorded with said Registry of Deeds on November 18, 2019, in Book 6521, Page 118, has/have filed with this court a Complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemember status. If you now are, or recently have been in active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
