GREAT BARRINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY SEEKING SNOW REMOVAL BID Great Barrington Housing Authority is seeking a one-year season contract to cover the winter season Dec. 2025- March 2026. Owner must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment as well as proof of insurance, minimum insurance requirement is $2M. Three references are required to be submitted with bid prior to a new vendor contract. Seasonal Bid to include snow plowing and sand/salting for all three locations listed (Flag Rock, Brookside Manor, and Dewey Court - Sheffield). Snow clearing of all parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways, sand/salting as needed at all three locations.
