C. 50 3901 (et seq): HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-D, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-D claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Pittsfield, numbered 271-273 Columbus Avenue a/k/a 271 Columbus Avenue, given by Jean-Claude Koffi to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, acting solely as a nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan, dated August 30, 2006, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 3616, Page 324, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
