TOWN OF LENOX CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday October 2nd 2025 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Lenox for property located along Holmes Road, Holmeswood Terrace and Route 7. The applicant proposes to replace the existing water main system beneath Holmes Road and Holmeswood Terrace, and to install a new section east of Route 7 to a create a redundant loop system.
