TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday October 1st at 7pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of David McDaniel and Stephen Edlund for property at 61 Taconic Ave (Map 47, Parcel 39) in the R15 Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a special permit pursuant to 5.3.5 of the Zoning bylaw to remove the existing enclosed porch on the north side of the dwelling and construct a two-story addition. The home is pre-existing, non-conforming, as portions of the structure encroach upon the front and north side setbacks. The proposed addition will not increase the non-conformity. The application materials are on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
