Order 1: Changing the term for the City Clerk from two (2) years to four (4) years; Ordinance 2: Changing the Composition and Chairperson of the School Committee allowing the Mayor to serve as the Chair; Ordinance 3: Changing the Charter Objection; Ordinance 4: Changing the Annual Budget meeting and Submission of the Operating Budget.
