A request for an amendment to the drawdown Order of Conditions Special Conditions for NOI filing #230-0358 was made to the Monterey Conservation Commission on 8/28/2025 seeking permission to alter an area subject to protection under M.G.L. c. 131 40. The following i s a description of the proposed activity/activities: Increase the drawdown to up to 6 ft below full pool elevation, with an earlier drawdown start date and eirlier refill initiation date. An administrative fee may be applied for providing copies of the NOI and proposed amendments to the Order of Conditions. G. Information regarding the date, time, and location of the public hearing regarding the request for amendment may be obtained from the Monterey Conservation Commission.
