TOWN OF LENOX CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday September 18th at 7:30PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by Brewha LLC c/o Robert Trask for property located at 55 Pittsfield Road (Map 17, Parcel 40). The applicant is proposing to construct an addition to the existing building. Associated site work includes removal of the existing patio and relocation of the gravel access drive to the north to accommodate the new addition. The property is near the southeast boundary of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and portions of the proposed work lie within the 100' buffer zone of the resource area.
