Z2025-03: Application of Michael F. Dowling III for property located at 231 Eagle Street. A special permit is requested for an alteration, reconstruction, or extension of a non-conforming use in an R-5 zone to operate retail in a location previously zoned for said purpose. Z2025-04: Application of Robin Sears for property located at 53-55 Brooklyn Street. A variance is requested for 6 feet of the 10-foot requirement to the property line in an R-5 zone.
