TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PERMIT HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hear a petition for a Special Permit on Monday, September 8th at 6:15pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws 199-6, Nonconforming Structures, Uses and Lots, that the Board deems relevant for the property 55 Prospect Street, owner Kerry Casey, in the "R-20" zoning district. The nature of the permit is to build 6' away from the property line. The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street.
