TOWN OF HANCOCK CONSERVATION COMMISSION Notice of Public Meeting: A Public Meeting will be held by the Conservation Commission on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 5:30PM at the Hancock Town Hall. The purpose of the Hearing is for a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by BENESCH On behalf of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). The proposed project involves reconstruction of existing pedestrian curb ramps to ADA/AAB standards at various locations throughout District 1. There are two project locations within the Town of Hancock. The first location is on State Route 43 (Hancock Rd) bridge over Kinderhook Creek, just west of Taylor Rd. The second location is also a bridge on State Route 43 (Hancock Rd) over Kinderhook Creek, but it is located approximately 830' west of Potter Mountain Rd. Respectfully submitted by: Eric S.
