City of North Adams Public Hearing Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) The North Adams Office of Community Development (OCD) will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers, Room 106, in City Hall. The purpose of this hearing is to provide a performance update on the city's grant activities within its FY'2024 CDBG grant year, as funded through the State Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, which include roadway improvements upon Jackson, Hudson and Hermon streets, assistance to three social service agencies, and for the Phase 3 Senior Center Improvements. Anyone interested in obtaining additional information may do so by contacting the OCD at 662-3025. Written commentary is also welcomed until the close of business at 4:30 pm to either the OCD at Room 107 of City Hall, 10 Main Street, North Adams, MA 01247, or by email to ocd@northadams-ma.gov on or before 08-21-25.
