To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. As a result of this investigation, the site has been classified as Tier II pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0520. On August 4, 2025, Mr. Steven Vosburgh filed a Tier II Classification Submittal with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
