Contract duration is 7/1/25-6/30/26. Bid packages available at the Highway Dept Mon-Fri 8am-noon; by calling 413-229-8165 or by emailing a request to LWORTH@NEWMARLBOROUGHMA.GOV. Sealed bids accepted until 11am 7/9/25 at the Highway Department, PO Box 99/603 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River, MA 01244, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The Selectboard is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
