Contract is 7/1/25-6/30/26. Bid packages available at the Highway Dept Mon-Fri 8am-noon by calling 413-229-8165 or emailing a request to LWORTH@NEWMARLBOROUGHMA.GOV. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:15am 7/9/25 at the Highway Department, PO Box 99/603 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River, MA 01244, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The Selectboard is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
