CITY OF NORTH ADAMS NA-2025-009 LEGAL AD The City of North Adams and its Airport Commission, through the Chief Procurement Officer, are accepting proposals for the lease of building space, and development of a dining establishment on property adjacent to the Airport Administration Building at North Adams Municipal Airport. Proposals will be received until August 6, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Office of Community Development, City Hall, 10 Main Street, Room 107, North Adams, MA and at that time and place will be publicly opened and recorded. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 30B and any resulting lease will be made in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
