Special Meeting of the Williamstown Fire District July 1, 2025, at 4 pm Williamstown Fire Station, 34 Water Street, Williamstown, MA 01267 Notice is hereby given to all Inhabitants of the Williamstown Fire District, qualified to vote in elections and District affairs, to meet at the Williamstown Fire Department, 34 Water Street, in said Williamstown on TUESDAY, the FIRST of JULY 2025, at four o'clock p.m. to VOTE on the following Articles: Article 1: To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate and/or transfer from available funds a sum of money to pay for debt service on outstanding bonds and notes issued by the District to finance the New Fire Station Project, and any incidental or related costs and expenses; or take any other action in relation thereto. Article 2: To see if the district will vote to move the sum of $40,000.00 from the Stabilization Fund, and that $20,000.00 be placed into the payroll account and $20,000.00 be placed into the Maintenance and Operation account or act anything thereon or thereunto.
