The Complaint asks the Court to enter a judgment ending any ownership rights or interests in the land described below. The Complaint is about one parcel of land located in the City of North Adams, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, described in the Complaint as follows: Land in said North Adams, with the buildings thereon at 29-31 Yale St. shown as Parcel 112 on Assessors' Map 153 described in Berkshire No.Dist.Deeds B. 1474 P. 174 To respond to the Complaint, you or your attorney must take these steps by the Deadline to Answer, which is twenty eighth day of July in the year two thousand and twenty five.
