ADVERTISEMENT TO BID The LENOX HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Vacant Unit Renovation - Unit 5D at State Aided Development: Turnure Terrace (667-1) in Lenox, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BRADLEY ARCHITECTS, INC.. The Project consists of but not limited to: Apartment is currently been stripped down to stud framing. Complete finish of apartment including kitchen, bathroom, insulation, drywall, painting, all finish work, and MEP fit-up and finishes. The work is estimated to cost $93,570.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/24/2025 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids.
