DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION WETLANDS PROGRAM 401 Water Quality Certification Application Public Notice Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 and M.G.L. c. 21 43, notice is given of a 401 water quality certification application for the Lake Buel Aquatic Plant Management Plan by The Lake Buel Restoration Preservation District on Lake Buel in Monterey and New Marlborough, MA for the non-chemical, mechanical control of invasive aquatic plant species.
