LEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services for tennis / pickleball courts at 300 Greylock Street for a Qualifications Based Selection process. The scope of the project is: Evaluation of existing site conditions; design of 6 new tennis courts and 2 new pickleball courts; integration of proper surfacing, sub-base, drainage, lighting, and fencing; development of construction documents and specifications; and cost estimation. Submission deadline is July 1, 2025, at 10:00 am. Interviews, if applicable, will be held the week of July 7, 2025. Selection and negotiation will start on July 14, 2025.
