Public Hearing Notice Washington Conservation Commission CSX Right of Way In accordance with the requirements of the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act, CSX, the applicant, filed a Request for Determination of Applicability with the Worcester Conservation Commission to determine the wetland boundaries for the Vegetation Management Spray Restriction Plan as part of the railroads 2025-2029 Vegetation Management Plan. The plan covers the section of track in Washington which runs from the Hinsdale town line to the Becket town line near Route 8.
