Law Ch. 40A that a public hearing for a proposed amendment to the Lanesborough Zoning Bylaw will be held by the Lanesborough Planning Board at Newton Memorial Town Hall, 83 North Main Street, Lanesborough Monday, June 9, 6:00PM for the following proposal; Citizen's Petition: A proposal to amend the Zoning Bylaw, Ch. 165-12 of the Code of the Town of Lanesborough to limit all structures along the shoreline of Pontoosuc Lake to no more than 26 feet in height unless granted a special permit.
