TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PERMIT HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hear a petition for a Special Permit on Monday, June 9th at 6:30pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws 199-8 Off-Street Parking, 199-10.5, Redevelopment projects within DCBC Zone, 199-10.6 Smart Growth Overlay District that the Board deems relevant for the property at 58-62 West Center Street and 95 and 105 Canal Street, prospective purchaser Community Development Corporation South Berkshire, in the "DCBC" zoning district. The nature of the permit is allow Smart Growth Overlay standards to be applied in a DCBC zone as per 199-10.5. The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street.
