PUBLIC NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PROJECT: Konkapot River Bank Stabilization and Riparian Restoration LOCATION: 42.159182, -73.262477, Hartsville Mill River Rd, New Marlborough, MA PROPONENT: Erin Rodgers, Trout Unlimited, on behalf of the Town of New Marlborough This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act ("MEPA," M.G.L. c. 30, ss. 61-62L) and Massachusetts Wetlands Permit Act.
