TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday June 4th at 7pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of Lenox Hotel Venture LLC for property at 203 Main Street (Map 46, Parcel 19) in the R1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit pursuant to 7.2.4.3 of the Zoning bylaw to install a 6 square foot sign at 203 Main Street for the business known as the Cornell Inn, which exceeds the 3 square feet allowable in the R1A district. The application materials are on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
