You must check back within 24 hours of the start time for a link to join. www.townofotisma.com Subject of said hearing will be the application of D&J Development, LLC, for a Zoning By-Law Special Permit under Sec. 9.3 of the Otis Zoning by-laws for the remodeling of an existing building, with 6 units/13 total bedrooms classified as a hotel, lodging house or inn. The structure would be serviced by an existing Public Water System, and an on-site septic system. There will be a total of 15 parking spaces which include 2 designated handicap parking spaces with access paths to the lower level accessible units and pool/pavilion.
