INVITATION FOR BID The Town of Great Barrington, is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the purpose of providing services related to management and staffing of Skate Park Monitors for the Great Barrington Skate Park for FY 2026 with an option to extend through FY 2027 and FY 2028. A Bid Proposal Package for this program which contains detailed specifications, bid form and other pertinent information may be obtained by email to: mmessana@foresightland.com, or picked up at 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning May 20th, 2025. Sealed bids are due at the Office of the Town Manager at Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA 01230 by June 12th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked "Bid Proposal - Parks & Recreation Summer Management Services for Skate Park, Town of Great Barrington". The Town Manager is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Great Barrington.
