Hotel reception and lounge area on the southerly end of the building. One story lounge with immediate access to an outdoor patio on the westerly and south side of the building. The entire hotel is approx. 24, 146 s.f., with a reception area of 200.16 s.f., the lounge is 726.64 s.f. and the outdoor patio will be 1,635 s.f. There are four entrances and exits total.
