Mazzeo, Manager for premises located at 490 Pittsfield Road, Lenox, MA 01240 and consisting of a single story existing restaurant facility consisting of 4112 square feet with one entry in the front and a secondary exit on the left side of the building. Additional exit on the right side of the building, which is not for regular use. The space is open space with a kitchen, storage and separate ladies and men's lavatories.
