TOWN OF GREAT BARRINGTON INVITATION TO BID The Town of Great Barrington, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer and in conjunction with the Wastewater Treatment Plant/DPW Superintendent invites sealed bids from companies to provide and deliver chemicals (Ferric Chloride) for use by the Wastewater Treatment Plant for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 with an extension option. Needed Ferric Chloride. A Bid Proposal Package for this project which contains detailed specifications, bid forms and other pertinent information may be obtained from the Office of the Town Manager, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, beginning May 19, 2025 thru emailing lrichards@townofgb.org Sealed bids are due at the Office of the Town Manager by Monday, June 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town Manager is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Great Barrington.
