INVITATION TO BID Board of Sewer and Water Commissioners STOCKBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS The Town of Stockbridge, acting through its Board of Sewer and Water Commissioners, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal and proper disposal of liquid sludge generated by the Wastewater Treatment Plant for the fiscal years 2026 - 2028. Sealed bids are due at the Office of the Select Board by 11:00 AM, Friday, June 6, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Select Board is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Stockbridge. Contract Documents may be obtained, starting on May 19, 2025 at 9:00am, through emailing the Town of Stockbridge, Procurement@stockbridge-ma.gov, during normal business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
