Ahearn to "MERS", Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a separate corporation that is acting solely as nominee for "Lender", Academy Mortgage Corporation and its successors and assigns, dated April 8, 2016, and recorded in the Berkshire County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1591, Page 417, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
