TOWN OF SHEFFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board on a proposed amendment to the Sheffield Zoning Bylaws to Section 3.1.3 Table of Use Regulations. This amendment would add Section 3.1.3 G6, Protected Use Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Section 3.1.3 G7, Local Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). It would also replace existing ADU Bylaws relating to Section 3.2.9. Copies of the amendments may be viewed by contacting the Town Clerk's office. The public hearing will be held on June 10, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall 21 Depot Square, Sheffield MA.
