TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday May 21st 2025 at 7pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of Kevin Kasarda and Dana Corl Kasarda for property at 211 Main Street (Map 17, Parcel 25) in the R1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit pursuant to section 5.3.5 of the bylaw to demolish the existing non-conforming detached garage and reconstruct a new detached structure. The new structure will contain a two-car garage on the ground level and living quarters on the second floor. The application materials are on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
