CITY OF PITTSFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will give a hearing at the Pittsfield City Hall, Room 203, on Wednesday May 21, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., to all parties interested in the petition of Sign Dynamics, Inc - Pittsfield Massachusetts Storage LLC requesting exceptions from the requirements of Article 25 Sections 2 and 5.4 of the Sign Ordinance to adjust calculations and grant additional square footage to allow installation of a proposed wall sign. The premises affected are located at 428 Merrill Road and is in the I-G zoning district.
