VON RICHTHOFEN to GREYLOCK FEDERAL CREDIT UNION dated 6/23/20, and recorded in Berkshire County Middle District Registry of Deeds, in Book 6649, Page 233 has/have filed with this court a Complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemember status. If you now are, or recently have been in active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
