App. 501 et seq.; ADAMS COMMUNITY BANK, a bank duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with a principal place of business at 2 Center Street, Adams, Massachusetts, claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, known and numbered as 290 Barker Road, given by Frank W. Lynch and Jacqueline J. Lynch to ADAMS COMMUNITY BANK, dated 6/5/15, and recorded in Berkshire County Middle District Registry of Deeds, in Book 5566, Page 33, has/have filed with this court a Complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemember status. If you now are, or recently have been in active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
