The Commission will consider, subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (310 CMR 10.00) and MGL Chapter 141, 40, the following applications: 7:00 PM A Notice of Intent for Fred Puddester at 144 Chestnut Street for ecological restoration of an existing pond on the property. Work to occur in various wetland resource areas, parcel 108-6. 7:05 PM A Request for Determination of Applicability Purple Valley Trails to build mountain bike trails on property at the end of Berlin Road. Work to occur in buffer zone, parcel 409-2.
