Great Barrington Housing Authority Vacant Unit Rehabilitation Project #116114 Section 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Over $150K The GREAT BARRINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Vacant Unit Rehabilitation at State Aided Development: Flag Rock Village (705-1) 2 Bernard Gibbons Drive, Great Barrington, MA 01230 Dewey Court (705-2) Dewey Way, Sheffield, MA 01257 in accordance with the documents prepared by KMA DESIGN STUDIO. The Project consists of but not limited to: Kitchen, bathroom and finish renovation in 3 vacant townhome-style units. The work is estimated to cost $321,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 11/14/2025 at 2:00PM EST for filed sub-bids and by 11/28/2025 at 2:00PM EST for general bids.
