West Stockbridge Planning Board NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING, May 6, 2025, 7:15 p.m., to consider a select board petition to amend existing zoning regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and to add a third Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) associate member. The proposed ADU amendment will make West Stockbridge ADU regulations consistent with new state law. The addition of a third ZBA associate member is requested by the ZBA. The hearing will be conducted in person at Town Hall, 21 State Line Rd. The proposed amendments are available for inspection in the Town Clerk's office at Town Hall between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays.
