Planning Board Public Hearing Notice Wednesday April 30, 2025, at 5:00PM 191 Church St -Community House- Meeting Room In accordance with M.G.L. C. 40A 5 the Town of Cheshire Planning Board will hold a public hearing beginning no earlier than 5:00PM on Wednesday April 30, 2025, at the Community House Meeting Room located at 191 Church Street, Cheshire, MA 01225 and on Microsoft Teams, for the purpose of taking comments on a proposed amendment to the Town of Cheshire Protective and Planning Zoning Bylaw (General Legislation Chapter 225) 3.2-3.3, submitted by the Board of Selectmen. Any member of the public is invited to attend and provide comments to the Planning Board. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Board prior to the hearing by mailing them to the Planning Board, Town of Cheshire, 191 Church Street, Cheshire, MA 01225, or by emailing them to the Executive Assistant, Mia Francesconi, at executiveassistant@cheshire-ma.gov.
