LEGAL NOTICE MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Nicholas Barletta to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Quicken Loans, LLC, its successors and assigns, dated May 26, 2021 and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 6921, Page 218 (the "Mortgage") of which mortgage Selene Finance LP is the present holder by Assignment from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Quicken Loans, LLC, its successors and assigns to Rocket Mortgage, LLC, fka Quicken Loans, LLC dated August 10, 2023 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 7466, Page 72, and Assignment from Rocket Mortgage, LLC, fka Quicken Loans, LLC to Selene Finance LP dated February 28, 2025 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 07786, Page 39, for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, the mortgaged premises located at 90 Turner Avenue, Pittsfield, MA 01201 will be sold at a Public Auction at 10:00 AM on May 9, 2025, at the mortgaged premises, more particularly described below, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: That certain tract of land on the northerly side of Turner Avenue in said Pittsfield having a frontage of fifty (50) feet on said Turner Avenue and a depth of one hundred thirty-two (132) feet.
