PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS PLANNING BOARD In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. Application of Kathryn Foley for a "Site Plan Approval" under 125-19 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw for property located at 185 West Road (Map 219, Parcel 4). The request is to operate a campground in the R-1/R-2 Zoning District. Applicant is also requesting a waiver from the requirements for a professionally prepared site plan. A copy of the proposed application is available at the Town of Adams Town Clerk's office during normal business hours.
