Duval, Yvette M Duval to Legacy Banks, dated July 27, 2006, and recorded in the Berkshire County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1713, Page 94, as modified by a certain modification agreement recorded on March 30, 2018, and recorded with said Berkshire County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 2465, Page 160, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
