TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 14th, 2025 at 6:15pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Lee. The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss revisions of Chapter 199-9.13 Short Term Rentals. The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street and via Zoom.
