PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. Application of Kathryn Foley for property located at 185 West Road (Map 219, Parcel 4) requesting a Special Permit under 125-4 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw to operate a campground in the R-1/R-2 Zoning District. Application of Go Graphix for property located at 10 Center Street (Map 115, Parcel 15) requesting two Variances under 125-3 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw to grant relief from the Sign regulations found in 125-15 B. (1) to allow installing backlit channel letter signs on the face of three sides of the building and in 125-15 F. (4)(c) to allow a proposed signs to exceed a maximum of 48 square feet for combined frontages on more than one street. A copy of the proposed applications is available at the Town of Adams Town Clerk's office during normal business hours.
